Shipping Times
Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 7–12 business days, depending on your location and the efficiency of your local postal service.
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package is on its way, allowing you to follow your order at every step.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to you so you can easily monitor the delivery progress.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before completing your purchase.
Delays, Lost Packages & Responsibility
While we strive to ensure fast and reliable delivery, shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Please note that once an order has been handed over to the carrier, FootballBrace is not responsible for delivery delays.
If a product is lost, stolen, misdelivered, or delayed after being handed to the carrier, the customer must pursue resolution directly with the shipping carrier.
FootballBrace will provide supporting documentation when available, but we cannot be held responsible for:

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered and the order is delivered to that address or returned to sender, FootballBrace is not responsible for any loss, delay, or replacement costs.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are correct before completing the purchase.
