Refund Policy

Claim & Return Timeframes

You must contact us within a maximum of 48 hours after receiving your item to submit a claim for any issue (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).

Once a claim is approved, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return the product.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn/unused

  • With all tags attached

  • In the original packaging

  • Not listed as a non-returnable or final sale item

Please also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Start a Return

Email us at footballbrace@outlook.com to submit your claim within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item, including the reference photo shown at the end of this page

If your claim is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without first submitting a claim, or outside the required timeframe, will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

All claims are reviewed case by case and resolved at FootballBrace’s discretion.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before sending it back.


Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement item.


European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached, and include proof of purchase.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return and confirm whether the refund is approved.

Fraud & Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to deny refunds, returns, or claims if we have reasonable evidence that a request is fraudulent, abusive, or outside the terms of this policy.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
